Steve Jobs, founder of both Apple computers and Pixar Entertainment has died at the age of 56. He is survived by his wife and four children.

It's a sad day. I use a Mac, but even if I didn't, without Apple's push there's a fair chance Microsoft would have preferred command-line interfaces, computers could have stayed "expert only" devices for much longer, and Disney would still be pushing out crap like The Fox And The Hound. Good on ypu, Steve.
A "giant" has passed. He will be remembered for a long time to come.
