Ah, this takes me back to my youth. Fondly I remember spending my summers in Sicily, planting the meatball seeds in long rows and waiting or them to sprout. Or helping my grandpoppa feed the well-bred parmigiani chickens to plump them up for cooking and tending to the black olive eggs they would lay.

I actually used a spaghetti crop as a plot device in my Adventures in Oz campaign. That was fun.
